F.X. Caprara Car Companies & BD Motorsports Media LLC Announce 2022 Marketing Partnership

WATERTOWN, NY – F.X. Caprara Car Companies and BD Motorsports Media LLC, the operator of the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco, Fonda Speedway (Fonda, N.Y.) and Utica-Rome Speedway (Vernon, N.Y.), have partnered for a multi-faceted 2022 marketing agreement.

F.X. Caprara Car Companies has taken over the title sponsorship of the ’22 Thunder on the Thruway Series, a six-race series for Modifieds, Crate 602 Sportsman and Pro Stocks contested between Fonda and Utica-Rome speedways. Each F.X. Caprara Car Companies Thunder on the Thruway event features an increased purse with a year-end point fund reserved for the top-10 finishers in each division.

Dates for the F.X. Caprara Car Companies Thunder on the Thruway Series are as follows: Fonda (May 28, July 2 & July 16) and Utica-Rome (June 3, July 1 & Aug. 20).

The expanding Short Track Super Series brand gains a presenting sponsor for the ’22 season in F.X. Caprara Car Companies. The STSS is set for an aggressive schedule that includes 26 tracks in 10 different states, in addition to the emergence of the high-paying Halmar International ‘Elite’ program with four $25,000-to-win events and two races paying $50,000-plus to win!

The fourth round of the new Halmar International ‘Elite’ Series – Sept. 4 at Utica-Rome Speedway with the $25,000-to-win New Yorker 50 – will be presented by F.X. Caprara Car Companies. The New Yorker event features a total pay structure of $80,000 for 50 laps of racing around the Vernon half-mile oval.

F.X. Caprara Car Companies will supply a Fonda/Utica-Rome/Short Track Super Series pace vehicle to be seen across the Northeast during the ’22 season.
