Rain doesn't always prevail...
Jordan Thomas continues to show his driving talents to every venue he visits. Fonda Speedway hosted the CRSA sprint cars on Saturday and Jordan earned the victory from a sixth starting position. By the fourteenth lap he had steered his EAGLE to a straightaway advantage then overcame a late race caution to best the field.
Last year's NE360 Sprint series Champ invaded Eagle Raceway on Friday.The Sprint Series of Nebraska saw Trevor Grossenbacher's first IMCA Racesaver victory during an all open wheel program.
Aaron Andruskevitch of Riverton, Illinois won the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Series feature event with a last lap pass on Nathan Benson. Driving the Suzuki-powered Stallard Chassis he would overtake defending POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Series Champion Nathan Benson with a thrilling move coming off turn four. Sliding Benson entering turn three, Andruskevitch would be able to slow Benson’s steam just enough to edge him at the line for the win.
Troy Ullery of Lakewood, CO claimed the RMLS feature driving his #1T HENCHCRAFT Chassis.
