CRSA Season Opener This Weekend at Fonda Speedway
The CRSA Sprint Car Tour opens its tenth season on Saturday, April 25th, at the Fonda Speedway in Fonda , NY.
This race is also the first of seven races for the Kennedy Towing "Northway-90 Challenge" series championship. Kennedy Towing of Troy has sponsored this mini-series for three years and is now joined by Schaeffer Oil, who has come on board to sponsor all the heat races during the Northway-90 Challenge series.
Hannay Reels of Westerlo, NY, has signed on to sponsor a four lap "Dash" on our first night of 2015. It will be a dash for cash and starting position. Only the next six cars through the heat races, who missed the top twelve redraw spots, will be eligible.
Returning once again as the sponsor of the "Hard Charger Award" is Magsarus out of Albany, NY. Magsarus is a full service magneto specialist and awards the driver who advances the most positions during each A-Main event.
Kreitz Oval Track, located in Sinking Springs, Pa., has also returned for our tenth season as a contingency sponsor with discount certificates awarded at every race.
Kelly Race Fuels is on board again this year giving away five gallons of methanol each night to the fifth place finisher in the A-Main.
Bob Hilbert Sportswear has confirmed that they are back in 2015 with discount packages presented to drivers at the yearend Awards Banquet.
New this year to the CRSA sponsorship family is Panther Frameworx, builder of the brand new Panther sprint car chassis. Panther Frameworx is located right in Syracuse, NY. and has put a chassis up for raffle with all the proceeds being donated to the drivers point fund. The raffle will take place all season long and the winning ticket will be drawn at the Awards Banquet in November. Tickets are only $10 each or three for $25 and can be purchased at the CRSA trailer at each race.
